Texts from your own number

Pick a local number in the app. We register it with the carriers for you, and a campaign of thousands sends in the background and resumes if anything interrupts it.

Unlimited contacts

Import CSVs, group and label, and segment by anything. Storing a contact costs nothing — you pay when you message them.

Embeddable signup forms

Drop a form on any site and new contacts land in the right group with labels applied. Works even where the host strips scripts.

Compliance handled

STOP replies, quiet hours, double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe and a consent audit trail are built in. Carrier registration takes a few minutes in the app.

Connects to the tools you already use

Keep ad audiences in step with your list on Google Ads and Meta. Pull contacts in from GoHighLevel, Shopify and HubSpot. Anything else can add contacts through the API, and webhooks tell your other systems when something changes.

Reporting you can act on

Delivery, opens, clicks, bounces and opt-outs for every campaign, and how each period compares with the one before. When a message fails you are told why in plain words and what to do about it — and every list exports.

Why businesses switch to MessageFuel

Most of our customers came from an email tool that charged by the contact, or a texting tool that could not send an email.

Pay for messages, not for names

Contact-priced tools bill you every month for everyone on your list, whether you wrote to them or not. We count what you send. Keep 50,000 contacts for nothing.

Text and email, one list, one bill

Pick a text plan, an email plan, or both. They share your contacts and your groups, and they land on one monthly payment.

Nothing to wire up

No Twilio account. No SendGrid account. No API keys. Choose a number, fill in the carrier registration in the app, and you are sending.

Credits that work for you

Unused plan credits roll over into next month. Credits you buy never expire. Run short and you top up in a minute, from the same page.

What would you save?

Pick the tool you use today, set your list size and monthly volume, and compare.

Billed by contacts stored, whether or not you email them. Texts need a separate tool.

Competitor prices are their published monthly plans as of September 2026, rounded to the tier and before discounts; where a vendor lacks a channel we add the cheapest well-known tool for it and say so. MessageFuel prices are live. A one-time carrier registration for a new text number is not included.

Pay for the channels you use

Take email, text messaging, or both. One monthly payment either way, and no charge for the contacts you store.

One credit, one message
One email is one credit. One text is one credit for up to 160 characters (70 if it includes an emoji); longer texts use more. A picture message starts at three.
Credits that last
Unused plan credits roll over into the next month. Credits you buy on top never expire.
Your text number
Text plans add a number at $12.50/mo, with a one-time carrier registration of $21.50. Both are the carriers' fees, passed through. Approval usually takes a day or two.

Questions people ask first

What is a credit?

A credit is one message. One email is one credit. One text is one credit for up to 160 characters, or 70 if it includes an emoji; a longer text uses more. A picture message starts at three. Email credits and text credits are separate balances — one cannot be spent as the other.

Do you charge for the contacts I store?

No. You can keep as many contacts as you like at no cost. You pay for the messages you send, not for the size of your list.

What happens to credits I do not use?

Credits included in a monthly plan roll over once, into the following month. Credits you buy on top of a plan never expire. Plan credits are always spent first.

What if I run out of credits in the middle of a send?

It cannot happen halfway. Before a campaign starts we check that your balance covers the whole audience. On a monthly plan, extra messages are billed at your plan’s overage rate and the send goes ahead. On Pay As You Go, the campaign waits and resumes by itself as soon as you buy credits — nobody is messaged twice.

Can I send email straight away?

Yes, once your sending address is verified. We walk you through adding a few DNS records for your domain, which is what lets mailbox providers trust that the email really comes from you.

How long before I can send texts?

US carriers require every business to register before it can text from a local number. The form takes about ten minutes inside MessageFuel, and approval usually takes a day or two. Email is not affected and can go out in the meantime.

Do I need a Twilio or SendGrid account?

No. There are no carrier or email-provider accounts to open and no API keys to paste. You choose a number and register your business in the app, and we handle the rest.

Can I bring my list from the tool I use today?

Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV and import it here. You map the columns, we flag anything that cannot be imported and merge repeats, and everyone lands in the group and labels you choose.

Can I change or drop a plan later?

Yes, from Settings → Billing. You can change either channel’s plan, or drop one channel and keep the other. Moving down to a free plan takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
