Pay for the channels you use

Email and text messaging are priced separately, so take one or both. Whatever you pick bundles into a single monthly payment, and each channel keeps its own credit allowance.

Text messaging

Reach people instantly with SMS.

One credit sends one 160-character text (70 with an emoji). Picture messages start at 3.

How credits work

One email, one credit
Storing contacts is free — you are only charged for messages that go out.
One text segment, one credit
A segment is up to 160 characters. Longer messages use more segments, so they use more credits.
Emoji shorten a segment
An emoji or special character changes how a text is encoded, which cuts a segment to 70 characters. The composer always shows the exact count before you send.
An image costs 3 credits
Picture messages start at 3 credits, plus one more for each additional segment of text.
Buckets stay separate
Email credits send email and text credits send texts. They are not interchangeable.
Unused plan credits roll over
Whatever your plan leaves unused carries into the next month, up to one month's allowance, and expires after that.
Purchased credits never expire
Need more than your plan includes? Buy extra credits for either channel whenever you need them. Plan credits are spent first, so bought credits wait.
A number for text plans
Your dedicated number and its carrier campaign are $12.50/mo, plus a one-time carrier registration of $21.50. Both are the carriers' own fees, passed through and billed with your plan.
A campaign sends whole or not at all
The composer checks your balance against the audience before you send. Short by any amount, it tells you exactly how many credits to add rather than sending part of the list.
